OSHA doesn't allow livestreamed training as a delivery method, and for good reason...it's not ready. 

So, we have a system where the only options are instructor-led sessions or self-paced online training and nothing in between. 

Let's solve the delivery problem, build the app, and prove it works so OSHA and other certifying bodies will accept it as an option.
